Mankessim STHS (MANSTECH), and Methodist High School, Saltpond, won the 2025 Central Region Schools Sports Association Zone Three football tournament that ended on May 27.
MANSTECH, took the title in the boy’s category with Methodist High winning the title in the girl’s division.
In a very competitive boy’s finale played at the Robert Mensah Stadium, Cape Coast, MANSTECH, beat Mfantsipim School 2-0 to be crowned champions in their division.
In the girl’s category, Methodist High, were too strong for Holy Child School as they cruised to a 5-2 victory to win the competition.
The two schools, will look to extend this performance to the regional level when the competition comes up later this year.
