The maiden edition of the Private Schools Sports Fiesta is set to be launched in Accra later this month.
It is been put together by the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS), in collaboration with Kaysports and Insurance firm GLICO.
Dubbed the Private Schools Sports Fiesta and GLICO Sportsman Insurance, it will involve six sporting disciplines, soccer, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, athletics and taekwondo.
Further details, will be made known at the launch of the program on Friday, February 21, 2025 at Legon in Accra.
Kaysports CEO Kwame Owusu-Ameyaw will give the welcome address highlighting the scope of the upcoming competition.
Other speakers will include officials of GNACOPS and GLICO.
Dates and venues for the competition would be announced at the launch of the event.
